![]() Ozaukee County’s Round 1 will take place on Thursday, November 4 from 12:00 P.M. Residents are invited to participate in the Washington Ozaukee Public Health Community Conversations for two rounds of dialogue where they will ask about the most pressing health concerns in Washington and Ozaukee counties. There are approximately 213 miles of roadway that the City is responsible to maintain. A breakdown of PASER ratings by milage in the City is shown on the attached graph. The average surface condition rating for the City roads has been relatively steady, with moderate increases over the last decade. The PASER system rates each segment on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being the worst condition, and 10 being the best condition (new pavement). The 2021 average Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating (PASER) surface condition rating in Mequon is a 6.7. Current mapping and a financial summary will also be provided to the Public Works Committee. Engineering Division staff will be collecting information to generate a summary of the project contract, results, and overall performance which will be presented to the Public Works Committee at an upcoming meeting after final items and payments are complete. Westchester Lakes, River Lake, River Estates, and Hidden Farm subdivisions, along with Martin Way and Highland Road (Cedarburg Road to Green Bay Road) were successfully repaved as part of the 2021 Road Program. Residents can subscribe to the program here and program instructions can be found at this link.Ģ021 Road Program Releases Pavemen t Ratings This is a complimentary service, although data and messaging rates may apply based on the agreement with one’s provider. ![]() The Ozaukee County Text and Email Notification System service has the ability to send automated notifications when 1) A tax bill is available, 2) A tax bill has been paid, 3) An installment payment is due, and 4) Taxes are delinquent. While tax bills will not be available until early December, residents can subscribe now to receive notifications regarding certain events pertaining to their property taxes. Ozaukee County Tax Notification System is Available Also, as a friendly reminder, no electioneering can take place within 100 feet of the entrance to a polling location. On election night, results can be accessed from the school board website. Those voters will vote at City Hall on election day. All residents should report to their normal polling locations except voters that vote at the Lumen Christi site.
